I'm a 33 year old mother of young children. My weight has been an issue for about 3 years now. After an injury at work the weight seemed to pile on. I've always managed to lose weight very easily until now. Right now I'm at an all time high of 227 lbs, this is more than I weighed at nine months pregnant. My plan is to build a healthier more active lifestyle. I'm limited due to my injury but I know that I can do this. My long term goal is to get back to 165 lbs.
