Good morning everyone, well last night I was at the gym for an hour & a half do weightlifting. I went up in weight & added to my routine. I can feel the difference today. By the time I was done I had no energy to do my 5 miles on the bike. I overslept again. I am going to have to get a new alarm clock cause it's not working right. I feel great today a little sore in my arms & my abs but its a good sore. I know I accomplished something yesterday. The saying of today is:
"YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY,YOU ARE BORED, DRINK SOME WATER & LEARN THE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!"
I thought this was cute. I hope everyone is having a great morning & I hope a great day as well. Remember to love yourself.

Hey everybody, I hope everyone's day is going good. I am so mad at myself today. I over slept this morning & I didn't get up enough time to get my hour of cardio in. I will just have to do 7 miles instead of 5 on the bike today.

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Yesterday I started my second 30 day fast. I worked out for 3 hours yesterday. I actually enjoyed it. It sounds crazy but I did. I felt alive & refreshed once I was done. My new saying for today is:
"DON'T BE ASHAMED OF TRYING. EVERY JOURNEY HAS TO START SOMEWHERE!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT YOU TODAY?????"
I like that. Above the words there is a overweight person on an exercise bike. We all have to start from somewhere but the most important thing is not giving up or giving in. I hope this helps motivates someone today besides myself. Remeber to love yourself & have a great day.

Hey everybody, well today is the first day of my second 30 day juice fast. I started a challenge for it & I was very surprised to get as many people as I did.Most people go running in the other direction when you tell them no food for 30 days just juice. Well I took my measurements & here they are: Neck:15 1/2", Chest:48", Waist:47", Hips:51", Left Arm:16", Right Arm:17", Left Thigh:29 1/2", & Right Thigh:30". Scary I know but it's better form 2 weeks ago. I hoping to shed a good amount of inches in the next 30 days. I have went down a pound since Saturday so I am happy about that. Here's my new saying for today & I just truly love it. The saying is:
"Look into the mirror... THAT'S YOUR COMPETITION!!!!"
To me that is so true. I am going to stop worrying about everyone else & how much they are losing & stressing because I'm not doing the same. I hope this helps people. Have a great day & to all the people on the juice fast with me Good luck & I know we can do it.

Hey everybody, well I got on the scale a day earlier than what I'm suppose to & got a very unpleasant shock. The scale said I went up to 239 pounds. I have lost almost 10 inches in the last 2 weeks & I'm down from a size 24 pants to a size 21 & down from a 4x in dresses to & down to a 1x & down from a 4x in shirts to a 2x. The last several days I have been hitting it hard at the gym with the weights & the cardio. Not for sure if I have gained muscle but that's a big leap in weight. I have not gone over 1200 calories a day. But at least I have lost inches. I am going to hit it hard again at the gym today & get myself prepared for my second 30 day juice fast. I hope everyone has a great day!!!!!
