Hey everyone, I hope everyone had a great weekend. I have been so busy with school & home life that I haven't posted in awhile. I wanted to say congrats to splendid & shia for going with no meat for 10 weeks. Well I finished 2 months. I am so happy. I am down 23 pounds, 35.5 inches off my body, & 9% body fat. I was hoping to be down 30 pounds at the end of 2 months but I will happily take what I have. I just have to push a little harder. I also want to thank all my buddies for their support & motivation. I don't think I would have made it as far as I did without being accountable not only to myself but to others. So thanks again. I have officially broken through the 2 month curse. I hope everyone has a great day.

Hey everyone, Well I made it through my first day back at school. I have two new students that I didn't have last year. I have my work cut out for me. I was suppose to do 3rd grade this year but they decided to move me up to 4th-5th grade this year. The funny thing is that I am my youngest daughter's teacher. She thinks its cool accept for now I know exactly what she is suppose to be doing. Now back to my other 2 that I have my work cut out for me. One is the class clown so I believe that he has some kind of self-esteem issues & when I was working with him one on one today I noticed that he second guesses himself a lot. When we worked on math today I had to take him down to 2nd grade basics for adding & carrying & borrowing & subtracting. He barley knows his basic addition & subtraction problems as well as multiplication facts. My other one is not as bad but close. I just have to make sure that he comes to school on a regular basis. His teacher last year had the problem of him coming on a consistent basis. But enough about my school problems.
I was proud of myself for not breaking my diet. It was hard but I had packed my lunch & breakfast & only ate what I packed. Instead of sitting all day for three hours I was up walking up & down the aisles of the classroom. At recess I stayed moving around. I also walked to & from school today. It was a beautiful day. It was like 80 degrees. The kids weren't too happy at first this morning but after about 5 minutes they warmed up to the idea. I am very serious about losing this weight this time. This is the farthest or longest I have ever gone. I just want to thank all my FS buddies for all the encouraging words, advice, & suggestions. I don't think I would of made it this far alone. So thanks again. I hope everyone has a great day. I am off to get the rest of my walking in & my boxing. Talk to y'all later.

Hey everyone, well I think I just hit my first plateau. I didn't lose anything last week. I'm just happy that I didn't gain. I haven't took my measurements. I am going to take them next week when I finish my 2nd month. I didn't workout today I was so busy trying to get everything finished for school tomorrow. I can't believe that it's almost 2 months. I think I have broke through the 2 month curse. This is the farthest I have ever made it. I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. Well I am off to finish a few more things & put my children to bed. I will check in tomorrow. Have a good evening.

Hey everyone, Well the last couple of days have been hard. I think I overdid it on Tuesday because since then it hurts I try & bike ride or walk. I was only able to do 30 minutes on the bike. I am still managing to get my cardio workouts in every morning. I figured I would just take it easy for Wednesday & Thursday & hit it hard on Friday, rest on Sat. & hit it hard again on Sunday. I am wondering with all my activity if I should increase my calorie intake & add more carbs & protein. I'm not for sure. If anyone knows could you please help me out. Every time I start adding those foods in I end up losing control & giving up. If anyone has any thoughts, advice or suggestions I am here. I hope everyone is doing good. Have a great rest of the day.

Good morning everyone, well I am a little sore. Who ever said that yard work was easy was lying. I worked out in the yard yesterday mowing, weed eating, raking, & tree trimming for almost 4 hours. I know I burned a lot more calories than it said I did. I tried to roller blade this morning but there isn't anywhere around my house that is good for it. Plus I am really out of shape on that. I am going to have to build up to that. Well I am off to go bike riding with my kids. I hope everyone has a great day & they keep up with the good work.
